Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine bursting with dark fruit flavors and strong tannins that mellow with aging. Pair this wine with red meats, food in reductions or sauces, fresh fruits such as plums, cherries, and berries, or creamy-style cow cheeses.
Our Malbec Reserve takes our standard racking process further and we don’t mind the extra wait time for this one. In addition to its leathery, full body, the tannins are more pronounced, and the flavors of tart currant, black plum and savory bitterness are bolder. This is truly the crown jewel of our winery. One taste and you will know why it is our owner’s favorite!

Our Pinot Noir is a dry, light-to-medium-bodied red wine with bright acidity, silky tannins, and a complex flavor profile that includes cherry, raspberry, mushroom, clove, and hibiscus. Pabella’s White Wine

Our Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, dry wine, displaying aromas and flavors of lime, grapefruit, green apple, fig and melon. Some say the wine produces herbaceous notes of bell peppers, gooseberries, and grass. Simply put, it’s beautiful in taste and aroma. One taste and we’re sure you’ll agree.
Our Oaked Chardonnay is a rich, full-bodied wine and provides additional notes of vanilla, butter and even caramel from the oak barrels we use to age this beautiful summer wine. Our Oaked Chardonnay has more tropical fruit notes that embody summer. Pair this wine with shellfish, chicken, fish and pork.
Our unoaked Chardonnay is a medium-bodied wine. We carefully craft this wine to ensure you get the beautiful citrus flavors. This is a beautiful summer wine that can stand on its own or be paired with mild and creamy cheeses, pasta dishes, white fish and shellfish, or vegetable dishes with bright flavors.
